This is a legally binding contract between you (our loyal customers) and us detailing our promise to offer a worldwide delivery service. Please find below our delivery policy, including delivery charges and methods applied to every order completed on our site.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges are calculated and automatically applied to your order during the checkout process. All charges are stated in GBP and are inclusive of VAT.
We aim to dispatch all orders on the next working day.
(Doesn’t include weekends and bank holidays).

All UK Deliveries: Through the Post Office – (DPD).
Worldwide: The Duty and Import Taxes are payable by the customer.
Delivery issues
If you experience any delivery problems, please contact us by email at label1025@outlook.com. Our dedicated team members will respond within 48 hours. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am – 6 pm. For any inquiries outside of these hours, please allow for a longer response time.
If any orders are returned to us, you have the right to request re-delivery, but please be aware that we reserve the right to charge you the re-delivery cost.
An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below:
- You provided the wrong address for delivery.
- Your address is not reasonably accessible, due to safety, intercom, or gated communities with no working access.
- You do not pay the duty on your package (Worldwide deliveries only)
