Returns

We understand that sometimes you want to return products purchased from us, and we are happy to do this. We offer a 14-day returns policy to all our worldwide customers starting from the date of delivery.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such as your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).

The product

The product can be either refunded or exchanged (except products purchased under promotions, please see below), must be unused, in its original packaging and with its original labels still attached, and all products that have been used, worn, washed, modified, or damaged in any way may not be returned under this policy.

Delivery

You are responsible for the costs of returned deliveries, and these costs are not refundable.

Promotions

All promotions advertised on our site are for a limited time only. If you wish to return any purchases made within can only be exchanged for another product. If the product you choose to exchange it for costs more than the original purchase, you will be required to pay the price difference.If your promotion code does not work, please contact us at label1025@outlook.com. Our dedicated team members will respond within 48 hours. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am – 6 pm. For any inquiries outside of these hours, please allow for a longer response time.
